Hello members. Our forum is being upgraded by freeforums themselves. It is being changed from the older phpBB2 platform to the newer phpBB3 platform. In this change we may lose our chat room. If this happens it will appear on the forum as a bunch of code. When this change goes ahead there will be a chat room in the new platform we can use. There is also an arcade we can setup for members to play games on and see who can get the highest scores. I have been told that this change will go ahead in a few days. If anything goes out of wack with the forum after this change don't worry we will sort it out in a few days. Lets wait and look foward to our change.

Yes matt if its what im thinking it will be then its pretty good. I have a forum I run for a work social club and its already on this platform. I had the option to change this one over sometime ago but you couldn't insert BBcode into it. This stops us inserting the youtube and the chatroom etc. For this reason I didn't change ours over. Freeforums have now found that it hasn't been changed and are going to change it over. We don't have a choice. Lets hope that it all goes smoothly.

I have just been notified that the changes that were about to go ahead are now postponed till the end of June. Fingers crossed they will go ahead without a hitch.

Well here it is. There is also an arcade on here now for you lot to play some games. It is located on the top of the site just above the chat room. There are a few little quibbles still happening but it's pretty much sorted. I hope you all enjoy it. Please give me your opinions on our new look forum.

A few teething problems to report ...

1. Admin's posts seem to show control codes for fonts as small text infront and behind the actual post text.

2. The Parks section and Queensland heading seem to overlap the previous section on the main index page.

I have also posted some suggestions in the feedback section.
