Yep we headed up there just a short stroll for us 1100ks

was a last minute decision. It is a very nice park, across the road from the beach. The sites were flat with concrete pads for the wheels and annexes and most had ample shade. The place was very well kept with a playground and games room for the kids, a fairly nice pool that wasnt heated and felt like 2 deg

. All sealed roads around the park and a camp kitchen that was quite good too.Downside there is no onsite shop and not a lot a shops in the imediate vacinity but shoal bay shops arent too far. Peak season (chrissy time)its quite pricey about $80, but we got it for $23 a night for 2 adults 2 kids these days thats a good deal I reckon. Overall depending on the time of year I think its worth at least an inspection.
